THE REALLY IMPORTANT (BUT QUITE BORING) STUFF

You can be assured that your loved ones are in the safest hands because our Cars and Drivers are fully licensed for ALL pre-booked Private Hires by our local Council. That means;

• Our cars must comply with the highest safety requirements - so they are independently checked TWICE as often as unlicensed vehicles (and to much higher standards than a routine MOT). They are each licensed to carry 4 passengers.

• Our drivers are subject to regular medicals and full Criminal Records (CRB) checks, and to ensure their sunglasses are highly reflective 

• We must provide proof to our Licensing Authority that we are fully insured for ALL pre-booked rentals throughout the UK. (We only use the best - Aviva Insurance plc) 

Now the Law is being tightened up still further so that EVERY pre-booked Private Hire rental Car and Driver will soon have to be fully Licensed with their local Council.

We are always very happy to provide proof of all of our Licensing/Insurance details to prospective customers, so don’t be fobbed off by the cowboys – all reputable companies can direct you to where their Licence information appears on their local Council website.
   
Ask our competitors for proof of their Private Hire licencing arrangements and you may be in for an unpleasant surprise. If they are receiving payment for work which requires a Private Hire Licence, but they don't have the appropriate mandatory Licences for the car AND the driver, then think about it - your loved ones are also being driven uninsured.

Even if you only require a single car, our prices compare very favourably with any other limo operators, with 'First Hour' rates from only £120.00, and only £75.00 for each subsequent hour.

Take advantage of our ‘multi car’ discounts, or our ‘combi event’ discounts (e.g. for Weddings, Stag and Hen Nights, Proms, Airport runs, romantic trips to France, etc), then you’ll be even more amazed! Our Wedding prices include ribbons and bows in the colour(s) of your choice, and even a special surprise for the happy couple.

Unlike many Private Hire operators we are proud to publish our prices online (see below). We do not have hidden extras such as additional fees for extra collection addresses, fuel charges etc. But we do realise that every Booking is unique, so please 'Contact Us' for a chat or to submit an online Quotation enquiry if you have any questions or special requirements. We are here to help make your experience as unforgttable as possible.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, with the balance due 30 days before the date of your special event.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT charged at the current standard rate of 20%.
We can take payments over the phone, or online, or by mail.

We base our prices on the Postcode ('Zone') where the Rental begins;

Subsequent hours for all areas are charged at £75.00 per hour

We cover all the UK. So for all other post codes please call or email for a specific quotation. We can often provide reduced prices.

We can either quote you for a 'full day' rate OR a '1st Hour' price - thereafter it will be no more than £75 per hour, inclusive of driver.

Packages:	Book 2 cars for the same event and we will deduct 5% from the total price Book 3 cars for the same event and we will deduct 7.5% from the total price Book 4 cars for the same event and we will deduct 10% from the total price If you would like USA Cop Cars and Cabs for your Wedding why not book us for your Stag and Hen Parties and travel to the start of your Honeymoon too (e.g. local hotel, airport, railway station) There are special rates for this type of package so please call or email for a quotation for your specific requirements We are happy to provide a quotation for your special requirements such as a full day including the evening, weekend hire and for any longer periods
Standard hire includes:	1 car of your choice from our Fleet with the Driver appropriately dressed in uniform,  and a 10 mile journey from pick up to drop off
Additional charges:	London Congestion Charge and all other Road Tolls are charged at cost Additional mileage is charged at 95p per mile
